Course Introduction

 Nowadays, innovations are of utmost importance for businesses. Organizations use innovation as a strategic, systemic and technological lever for developing agile innovation cultures, accountable for business management processes and market oriented strategic management. By doing this, people will successfully compete and even flourish in the face of the range of emerging adverse and fluctuating business and economic conditions.

IN-PLAN-Concept is an Innovation Plan with ideas that can be implemented in targeted manner with the essential skills and instruments, such as market oriented strategic management, IN-process, IN-value optimization, IN-risk management and In-marketing, to improve the success of innovation as well as prevent failures in the earliest stage of new products and services. It is an early integration of strategic, market potential and financial concept that makes innovations more transparent and successful.

The programme is designed and delivered by Prof. Rene Ruettimann of Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland.  He will elaborate, examine and determine how innovation plan can be implemented successfully through an interactive approach with practical example sharing, group discussions and exercises.
