“AI with HKPC Business Empowerment”
Under the Innovation, Technology and lndustry Bureau (ITIB)’s “AI for All” Inclusive Programme, HKPC has launched the “Business Empowerment” series — offering 150 free courses over two years. It will provide AI training and support for business operators, working professionals and underprivileged communities, promoting digitalisation and cross-industry development.
The initiative focuses on three core areas:
- Business and Industry Upgrading: Through modules like “AI+ Industry Boost” and “SME AI Connect”, enterprises can rapidly adopt AI technologies to improve productivity and competitiveness.
- Human Resources and Leadership: Initiatives such as the “AI Readiness Survey” and “AI Talent Winning Playbook” equip businesses with insights into AI talent management and application trends.
- AI for ALL: The “AI BiteClass” free online learning platform ensures accessible AI fundamentals for all societal levels.
Key technology partners include AWS, Google, Huawei, and Tencent, among others.

AI Readiness in Workplace Survey

HKPC Academy, Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau (ITIB) and Marsh (Mercer) Hong Kong Limited are inviting corporate leaders, HR professionals, training specialists and working professionals across various industries in Hong Kong to take part in our “AI Readiness in Workplace Survey.” This initiative offers you the chance to share your insights and help shape the future of work by mapping the AI landscape within Hong Kong’s business ecosystem.
Survey focus:
- How employees are using AI
- The impact of AI on productivity and work
- The skills and support needed to prepare for an AI-enabled future
The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential and reported only in aggregate form. If you would like to receive the final report, you may choose to provide your email address at the end of the survey.

Embodied AI and robotics technologies are rapidly entering various application scenarios, including production, logistics, and retail. These technologies help enterprises enhance automation, optimise workflows, and build more efficient and flexible operating models.
As part of the “AI for All” Inclusive Programme introduced by the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau (ITIB), and to help enterprises seize the opportunities brought by new industrialisation and AI applications, HKPC will organise “Robotic Solution Day: Bringing Embodied AI and Robotics into Production, Logistics and Retail to Reshape Industrial Operations”. Through thematic sharing sessions, case studies, expert exchanges, and visit to onsite solutions showcases, the event will help enterprises understand the practical applications of embodied AI and robotics technologies and explore how to gradually turn concepts into everyday operational practices.
