Course Overview
In this one-day* course, students engage in discussions and exercises to explore practical uses of AI tools and techniques to help them as a Scrum Master and to learn how to enable their Scrum Teams and organization to effectively use AI.
Throughout this course, participants gain the skills and confidence to harness AI effectively, ensuring they enable high-performing Scrum Teams in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Ultimately, an effective Scrum Master should understand AI, its impact and how to apply it. This training prepares students with a greater understanding of AI and how it can be applied for use by Scrum Teams.
The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master™ – AI Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) certification exam.
Assessment Certification
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master-AI Essentials course receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Master Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM-AI Essentials certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%.
