With the increasing application of drones in industries such as logistics, construction, and public safety, the insurance sector is paying growing attention to how it can assess relevant risks, understand regulatory requirements, and adapt to the new operational environment in the context of the rapidly developing LAE. To help bridge existing knowledge gaps and address the challenges in establishing insurance standards for the low-altitude economy, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) jointly organize the “Low-altitude Economy (LAE) Conference for HKFI & the Insurance Sector,” providing a platform for in-depth discussion and exchange within the industry.
This conference will invite industry experts to share LAE foundational concepts, application scenarios, and regulatory environments, equipping insurance professionals with essential information to develop targeted insurance products. Participants will have the opportunity to visit HKPC’s “Low-Altitude Economy Hall“ and “Future Manufacturing Hall”, where they can experience the innovative applications discussed during the conference.
