Adverse Weather and “Extreme Conditions” Arrangements for Classes and Venue Bookings

1. When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or the “Extreme Conditions” is still in force at 6:00 am on the day in question:
   – All classes or venue bookings starting at or before 12:00 noon will be cancelled
2. When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or the “Extreme Conditions” is still in force at 12:00 noon on the day in question:
   – All classes and venue bookings for the whole day will be cancelled

Resumption Arrangements
If the above warning  signals are lowered or cancelled at or before 12:00 noon, classes and venue bookings may resume within two hours. The detailed arrangements shall be subject to the final decision of the Hong Kong Productivity Council.

Cancellation of Classes
