Nurturing Homegrown Technology Talent
HKPC Academy has established the ‘EdTech Hub,’ which will continue to support the academic community in enhancing the development and application of technology in teaching and learning. It aims to strengthen the I&T (Innovation and Technology) talent pool, while serving local university, secondary, and primary school students, educators, and parents, providing a platform to engage in EdTech STEAM and drive innovations. We offer them the linkage to real business cases, career guidance, and entrepreneurship concepts to facilitate the development of homegrown technology talent.

In collaboration with STEAM educators and partners, the “EdTech Hub” organises a variety of TechEd STEAM workshops and activities for schools and the public to enhance the TechEd STEAM knowledge.

Additionally, HKPC’s Inno Space provides various machine training courses to their members, such as 3D printer, laser cutting machine and traditional metal machining. They are suitable for startups or makers who need to develop new prototypes.
