Introduction:
The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has become increasingly more pervasive in the context of manufacturing industry as digitization has become a business priority for many organizations. IIoT changing the way industrial companies operate from day-to-day by providing real-time production data to uncover additional capacity in a plant, accelerating new product development by feeding operations and service data back into the product design cycle, as well as implement predictive analytics using their IIoT data to gain a valuable advantage over business competition.

Wuxi, Jiangsu province is the hub of China's internet of things sector. The city incubates significant number of Unicorn companies engaged in IIoT technologies for the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, utilities and transportation industries

The theme of this training program is to introduce the state-of-art IIoT technology on know-how of integrating the data from different system (such as ERP, WMS, PLM, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce implementation time among factories. Best practices for adapting use cases for high-complexity; high regulation and high-velocity environments are also discussed, along with industry benchmarks to help prioritize areas best suited for sensor deployment. Participants will be arranged to have on-site case studies and appreciation on the operation best practices connected factories / research institutes in Wuxi.

Besides, this program will address on a series of new IIoT technologies. It includes predictive analysis, IIoT security, as well as IIoT Platform. This program is supported by IoT HK Association.
